The Jamaica Observer reports……..Jamaican Minister of State in the Ministry of Sector, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries, Floyd Green, says progress is getting created in the create-out of the regional healthcare cannabis business, with function sophisticated on regulations and suggestions.

Furthermore, there are 250 applications at the conditional approval stage.
Green was speaking at the grand opening and launch of Apollon Formularies Restricted in Negril on Friday.
He stated that function is properly underway, by way of the Bureau of Requirements Jamaica (BSJ), to generate the requirements and suggestions to shield buyers, as properly as help firms with positioning their operations for export.
The BSJ has currently completed consultations relating to the Draft Jamaican Code of Practice for Processing and Handling of Health-related Cannabis Merchandise and the Draft Jamaican Common Guide for Packaging and Labelling of Resin Cannabis Merchandise.
